· white dry wine – 1 glass

· flour – 1 spoon
Preparations
Sprinkle beef cut into middle size cubes with flour mixed with spices and put into a cold place. Melt on the hot saucepan bacon cut into cubes. When the scratchings are brown, take them out with a strainer and put meat onto the same oil and stir frequently over high heat until brown. In the end, add cut onion, scratchings, a little bit of water and simmer under the cover for about 30 minutes. When the meat is almost tender add wine and some lemon juice to taste. Serve with groats and noodles. Bon Apetit
