Beef roulade
1 slice of thin chuck
1 full spoon of dry cottage cheese
1 spoon of minced onion
1 garlic clove
pich of minced basil leaves
1 small red paprika, salt, pepper, olive oil or oil. Food wrap..
Smash meat gently with a wooden (important) pre-wet with cold water mallet, make a nice slice, sprinkle it gently with spices and put into a cold place. Mince finely onion and garlic and mix with dry cottage cheese, basil, salt and pepper. Cur washed paprika without seeds and a core into small strips.
Slather oil over the food wrap. Put strips of paprika and seasoned cheese on the prepared meat. Roll meat, fasten with sticks and fry on all sides until brown and put on the previously prepared food wrap. Roll both ends of the food wrap and put as a small packet into the oven preheated to 200°C for 10-12 minutes. Serve the roulade with crunchy French fries, puree abundandly sprinkled with greens or young potatoes and green salad poured with yeasty yoghurt sauce.
